Temple Restaurant Beijing is a luxurious European restaurant with a contemporary cuisine helmed by Belgian restaurateur Ignace Lecleir. Ignace used to work for restaurant Daniel in New York before he decided to set up shop in Beijing. The location of this restaurants is one of it’s most unique features; Temple is housed in a 600-year-old Buddhist temple complex. The design is very clean and minimalistic, large windows illuminate the restaurant and make it a very comfortable dining space fit for any discerning, food-loving deity. European wines, fine bites – what’s not to praise about this holy house?
